Use of the Website and booking of services implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, along with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy (available on the Website).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland.

2. Purpose

The Website provides information about manicure, pedicure, semi-permanent polish, nail art, and other related nail beauty treatments. Users may book appointments, view prices, and contact the Provider via the Website.

3. Booking Appointments and Contracting Services

  • Appointments can be made via the Website form, phone, or email.

4. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows may incur a charge of 50% of the booked service fee, or require a deposit for future bookings.
  • The Provider reserves the right to cancel appointments due to force majeure, notifying the client as soon as possible.

Note: These are standard salon policies. For bookings made online or off-premises, additional consumer cancellation rights may apply under the Consumer Rights Directive (14-day cooling-off period, subject to exceptions for personalised or date-specific services).

5. Provision of Services

  • Services are provided professionally using high-quality products.
  • Clients must inform the Provider of any allergies, medical conditions (e.g., diabetes, infections), or sensitivities that may affect the treatment.
  • The Provider is not liable for allergic reactions or issues not disclosed in advance.
  • Services will not be performed on nails showing visible infections, fungi, or open wounds for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Treatment durations and results: Times are approximate. The longevity of polish or treatments depends on the client’s post-treatment care.

6. Payments

  • Payment is due upon completion of the service at the salon (cash, card, or specified digital payment).
  • No refunds for completed services, except where a fault is attributable to the Provider.

7. Guarantees and Complaints

  • In case of a fault in the service (e.g., premature lifting of semi-permanent polish), the client may request a free correction if reported within 3 days of the service, provided it is not due to misuse or inadequate aftercare.
  • Complaints should be made via email or phone.

8. Liability

  • The Provider is not liable for damage resulting from misuse of recommended products or failure to follow post-treatment advice.
  • Use of the Website is at the user’s own risk. The Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website (text, images, logos) is owned by the Provider or licensed from third parties. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.
